The staff was wonderful and attentive. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room
was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was
cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff
couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also
got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely
croissant/omelett

Besides the extremely helpful staff, I loved the wallpaper in the halls.
I also loved the view and being in the "thick of things" -
close to subway, easy walks to Little Italy, the Bowery, Financial

This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from
directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not.
We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. It makes a huge
difference being on Manhattan, so as long as you can stand the Asian
smells on the sidewalk, everything from here is as accessible as
anywhere else on m

time square within 20mins or less. The room was large, clean and
recently refurbished. The beds -
I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location
was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around
town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff
was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc
were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.

Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

This was our first time staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel but it will definitely be our first choice for the next time we visit NYC. Fabulous staff, perfect location and wonderful facilities. Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
