  We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient.   Wow the staff was so pleasant. The young lady and man on the day shift recently were so accommodating and interested in making our stay all come together. They know who they are, thanks. The walk up to the shuttle for Universal is five minutes walk away. Quick and easy. We walked back to the hotel its that close and downhill. The bedding was so amazingly soft, now I have to go looking for sheet - The room was like a studio apartment, not what we were expecting at all. The bathroom was huge and we especially liked the waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and the parking was undercover and conveniently located. Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.

  We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! We loved the pool and hot tub area and spent most afternoons there after our sightseein... τι λέει ο κόσμος » g and family visits. The Decoy bar and Tula's restaurant had pleasant atmospheres and good selections. - The staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and very nice. The restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back. I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there again in a minute.
