For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

The hotel was very pretty, staff was nice, rooms were confortable. Near subway stations, bus stops, etc., also the surroundings were very nice. - Hotel was great, perfect location for seeing all the sights. Perfect location for walking to nearby attractions, shopping and nightlife.

Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to
Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for
shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

Location was fantastic. We stayed for a visit to a show at the House of
Blues near Fenway on St. Patrick's Day. Staying in Cambridge was
totally great, avoiding the craziness, but giving us some great pub
visits at Tommy Doyles and the Druid in walking distance. We took a

I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!

This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight.
We travel often and The Boston Harbor Hotel is on our "must come back" list. A great experience. -

Rooms were very comfortable and in high standard. The staff was very helpful, overall facilities were fantastic (I recommend the bar :). Location is good, close to the metro, so you could be in the town in about 15 min from the moment you leave the doors of the hotel. If you travel by car, there is a free parking provided. -
