For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » was right in the middle of things in Boston. As a first time tourist to the city, I really appreciated being able to leave my hotel and walk to nearly everything historic in the city center. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else!

comfort, service from staff, location. The atmosphere of the hotel was splendid, much more character and charm than more modern, souless hotels. I felt I was staying in the real Boston. Good location for walking in the city. Close to Boston Common & many restaurants & theatres. Comfortable large bed. -
Very close to Chinatown. Right near the orange line t to get to Quincy
Market. Near shopping. Friendly staff. -

Stayed four nights with my two grown up sons in a two bedroom suite. An

Quite an expensive hotel but not a lot more expensive than other hotels

Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!

Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc
