The location and hotel was fantastic-didn't want to leave. The decor, location were exceptional and even though the renovations weren't complete it didn't detract from our stay. The happy hour at reception was a great idea. The Room was great. Very Clean. Hotel front desk woman with an accent
wasn't warm, but helpful. The guy who worked the front desk on
Saturday night was awesome. The art going up the staircase looked like a
mess. I know art, this was design student style. Sorry. Just saying.
Looked like elements were peeled off. Cool... If it was a cohesive
piece.

The restaurant dinner we had was
fabulous, very high quality menu.
The foyer was well designed but not that welcoming for comfort.We liked the state of the art room key system.
Free cocktails were great and the knowledgeable wine waiter and great waiter Ryan.
General ambience,decor and atmosphere was good especially cocktail bar and live music.
Considering it was a city hotel with obviously limited space we really enjoyed our stay there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, while rather small, was
clean and neat. The bathroom, while very small (I've had larger
bathrooms on cruise ships), was also clean, neat and stocked with
sufficient towels and basic amenities. Fortunately, the bed was very
comfortable. The included breakfast was very good and served in their
small rest

First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!

We were very pleased with our selection of hotel. When we arrived we had been upgraded from a Queen room to a Suite so were delighted. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus. Friendly and efficient staff, quick check-in (and a couple of hours earlier than scheduled time), nice breakfast, quiet and comfortable room, nice toiletery products in the bathroom, great proximity to Union Square and public transport, great value for money. I would stay at this hotel again and will certainly highly recommend it to my family and

The hotel has a lovely feel to it - pleasant staff on arrival; comfortable rooms; well positioned for an easy stroll into town and access to all amenities. A free daily happy hour from 4pm to 6pm was a very welcome unexpected bonus. As the name of the hotel might suggest there are strong links to the military and as a visitor from the UK it was pleasing to see the level of respect that is shown.

We have a big family and were given a very large room with a view. This was a pleasant surprise as the only negative comments I read from reviews before our stay was in regard to small rooms without a view. - The staff was very nice and helpful, and it is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a Hotel. Very pleasant staff. - great breakfast, very nice staff, easy inn and out.
