  Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Good base to explore New York. Very comfortable hotel, room was spotlessly clean with plenty of toiletries & beautiful towels. Room comfort excellent. We couldn't check in til 4pm but not a problem as we left our luggage there so we were able to start our tour of New York. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe.   My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. We wouldn't hesitate to book with The Manhattan again and we would highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends! - I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that says a lot coming from him.

  Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

  The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure. The room is elegant and spacious, is at least 600 square feet and includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a large table, a full-sized couch, three walk in closets, a 42" flat screen tv, ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » with plenty of room to spare. - Location was perfect - within walking distance of Central Park,shopping, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway. Quiet street androoms. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and ultra clean; all staff werefriendly, helpful, and excellent in their jobs; it truly felt like ahome away from home, including the fresh flowers in the foyer. We planon returning for future stays.
