The Staff were very nice, helpful, cordial and gave me a nice chocolate cake for my Birthday.
The rooms were comfortable and the daily breakfast was really good.
Located near the Galleria shopping complex.
Overall it was an excellent experience. -

The staff was very helpful, and courteous. The room was well laid out,
clean and very comfortable. This is clearly the best hotel I have stayed
in Houston. I enjoyed it much better than the other "higher
branded" hotels near the galleria area. -

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and excellent, good location near the city and the mall. The breakfast added bonus, fresh coffee and newpapers. Will recommend and definitely go back with my family. -

Excelent cost-benefit ratio , the best in Houston. Very confortable,

The carpeting was dated, but passed the white sock test. The entire room was very clean and mostly updated.
