  Staff was excellent. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Everything I needed was there. Good value for money. Within walking distance to restaurants, wholefoods, Rodeo Drive, Wilshire Blvd, Metro rapid stop [to Santa Monica/ Downtown L A] I will definitely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend it. - not far away from the heart of Beverly Hills ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and other "must" here.   It was a very nice hotel for the money compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was indeed great. Friendly staff. The staff acted as owners instead of employees. I left my Ipad and immediately it was turned in to the front desk. When I went to recover it, had to have ID. Great first time impression and would definitely use this location... τι λέει ο κόσμος » again. I was in Los Angeles for a funeral and had to spend big bucks for airline tickets so definite budget was a plus. I would use this hotel even i - Free breakfast! The location is awesome, in front of Ralph Supermarket, its very closed to Rodeo Drive and Westwood Village. Moreover, the Mr. Manager has fast response to handle problem, very helpful and he did an excellent job to find the solution. Since we extremely very happy with their service, finally we extended out stay and really enjoy the rest of our holiday...!!!

  Everything. Really everything. I travel a lot and normally write reviews the hotels i go. It is true to say that all the staff was very helpful gentle and polite but a very special thanks goes to jacinto extremely caring helpful and totally smart member of te staff. Every hotel should have a jacinto in his stuff for sure. - The staff was more tha... τι λέει ο κόσμος » n accomodating and were so friendly... and though I had a guest or two that had a little too much to drink Haciento was very patient and understanding was polite in addressing me and my guests. I would definately stay here again.

  The room was impressive and stylish. The bed was so comfortable. Great value for the price. Staff was friendly. The night shift/early morning concierge gave us a cup of coffee at 3am when we were checking out to go to the airport. He didnt havego to, ya know? Nice extra touch.
