The hotel was very modern, and very comfortable, if we had more time I would have definitely used more of the facilities offered in the hotel. The sights were so beautiful in san fran, will definitely be coming back here again.

The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in mid November. I have seen people raise there eyebrows when they learn this hotel is situated in Tenderloin area (which is considered a bit shady area). The staff was amazing! I had a unique situation, with moving halfway
across the country with my new job, allergies, & a car. They worked
with me and accommodated all of my wishes. The eggs (whites), fruit, and
waffles for breakfast were big plusses. Also, the Wi-Fi was secure and I
needed that for work. I will probably stay there again during my
transition. The neighborhood is great too!
