The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the
problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. When I asked for non-allergenic pillows/bedding at checkin, someone from housekeeping was there as we arrived at our room. Very good position (5 minutes walking from the centre of the strip), big and rich room, very nice environment. - Great location, large, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurants were all good, serving good food at reasonable prices.

The staff greeted us with a smile & asked if we needed anything to let them know. One of the few hotels we stayed in that was quiet. What a shock(in Vegas). The breakfast was good, although it would be nice to have some breakfast rolls or donuts to choose from. yummy coffee -

The hotel is probably one of the few that is just that. Most other venues are a combination of hotel, casinos, shops and more. The location is perfect as the building is somewhat away from the busy and noisy boulevard. And more over you are within walking distance of the big hotels that have the free shows on like the water fountains at the Bellag

The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to

The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
