This is our second stay at the resort on this 3 month trip. On our
first stay we rated the appartment as 4 stars on Australian standards.
On our second stay we were upgraded to an even better apartment. We
can't wait to see what we get on our next stay. Basically it is

Excellent value for money, probably 4 star appartments with a full range of utilities. Within walking distance of the Las Vegas strip. Free shuttle to centre of Strip. Clean, spacious appartments with quality furniture and kitchen facilities. Hard to find fault. Food supermarket could be closer!

Renovated rooms, full size kitchen, laundry room in unit! Each bedroom
had a king size bed, our family of five slept comfortably! 24 hour pool
time was nice. Main pool was closed so we used a smaller one near our

Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

Fantastic bargain! Luxury suite (bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen) for less than the price of a standard motel room. This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!

Stayed there on business a few times so knew what to expect. Fan static room, for the price you wouldn't get anything as good on the strip. No slot machines, decent gym and decent breakfast. -
I love the full size fridge, the individual bedrooms on opposite sides of the main "living area". The view was AMAZING from the living room!!!

The best thing about the hotel is that does not have a casino in
the lobby. So you do avoid smelling like cigarettes when getting to
your room.
Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room.
The hotel is located a block away from the strip. If you don't have a car this

Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And
it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.

The staff and facilities are very good. Breakfast is excellent. They should include boiled egg for those boiled egg eaters. All in all the money spent its worth -

Descent cafe/store on premise with reasonable prices
Unlike the Vegas casino hotels, Courtyard focuses on the needs of guests. After many stays in strip hotels, Courtyard was a blessing. Highly recommend to anyone who is not there to gamble. So much more comfortable. -

The layout of the one bedroom suite was well-thought with almost everything one might need to feel the comforts of home. There was even a washer/dryer in the suite. We were traveling with our four children and we were all very pleased
with this hotel. We liked the cleanliness, decoration, the room set-up.
It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is nice,

Room was big with 2 large queens and a separate living area with sofabed. Very clean with good breakfast daily. Nice rooftop pool with views of city. Very kid friendly and will def stay again and highly recommend to all. Only minus was location a bit away from strip but if with car like us no prob. Walking distance was Circus circus which kids LOVED for rides and games. Great housekeeping kept room clean daily.
