  The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. - Location is excellence, ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » in walking distance to Times Squares, Macy's, 5th Avenue and etc. Wifi works very well everywhere.   I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .
