I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. The beds were comfy and everything was cleaned eve

I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I
knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late
check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for
a crib, it made a huge difference! Jane at the front desk was amazing!
She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly.
Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring. The daily
rate was a little more expensive than I wished to pay, but it was fair

Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk
to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my
dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location
was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.

Very friendly staff, courteous and always eager to help.clean hotel with
good amenities, superb location for first-timers with everything of
tourist interest easily accessible.An elaborate breakfast menu most of
which I couldnt taste since there is little in it for a vegetarian but
nevertheless should suffice. -

The bed and sheets were so so comfortable!
Probably the best nights sleep in a long while! Cookies are yummy and free!! The staff is wonderful and the roomservice breakfast was delicious! We were very sad to go!! -

The view from my room 3615 was once of the best I've ever seen. I also liked the staff of the hotel and the Tick Tock diner next door. - Staff - service - location - room - comfort - decor - food at the Tit Tac Diner - and the staff was above and aboard the best

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly in every experience I had with them. The location is fantastic - in the middle of the flower district, safe and walking distance to everything my group needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay there.
