Room was comfortable - TV on swivel base was neat! Microwave & mini-fridge were added benefits at no extra cost. Conveniently located along a fairly quiet city street. Within walking distance of several buses, and also comfortable distance to restaurants, convenience stores etc. Well suited for a brief business trip. Hearty continental breakfa

The location is fabulous, very close to all public transportation and
only a few stops from the Verizon center, China Town, the White House
and many museums.
Our room consisted of a suite with a small kitchen, living room and bed room. We loved the space!
Breakfast was better than many places we've stayed and included scrambled eggs and morning biscuits - not bad!
The price was terrific and the value excellent for this part of DC. Really....

I took the Metrobus 5A from Dulles International Airport and went off at Rosslyn Metro Center. From there, it was just 7-8 minutes walk to the hotel. From Rosslyn you can take the Orange or Blue subway-line to most of the tourist attractions. You can walk to the Iwo Jima monument and Arlington National Cemetary in 10 minutes (or take the blue subw

Very friendly and helpful Staff from front of house to housekeeping. Very convenient for Iwo Jima Memorial Arlington National Cemetery and Metro. 15-20 minutes walk in either direction. Doesn't serve meals but, there is a restaurant next door or there is Ruby Tuesdays where we got a couple if excellent meals.. Can get coffee in reception from a machine if you can't be bothered to use the coffee making facilities in room. Room and bathroom clean. Would stay here again.

Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.

If you are looking for luxurious, high class, this is not the place
for you. However, this hotel is the perfect place to stay in dc. It
has nice, basic rooms, very clean and provides all that is required.
Most importantly, it is in a great location, being very close to all
the popular tourist destinations. There is a fun bar in the lobby, and
the cafe provides a decent, well priced breakfast. I thoroughly
recommend this one.

The common space (living rooms, kitchen with a lot of tools, terasse etc.) make even a long stay in this hostel really comfortable. At that, the place is very well located in the center, all the museums are accessible by walk, an excellent supermarket is very close for people who like cooking....Finally, the staff is really friendly!! -

My room was very small, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast choices were meager. Still, it was comfortable and quiet and it's reasonably easy to get into DC. The shuttle to the Roslyn bus station runs early, but sadly not late enough in the evening. One good option is to take the subway home to the Clarendon station and then walk 15 minutes

Swimming pool was well maintained, as were the grounds and facilities
generally. The room was comfortable and the staff seemed quite nice and
quite helpful. I appreciated the computer for use by guests located in
the lobby. It really helped to be able to access on-line information for
directions and site specific information on local attractions etc.
