Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with
two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in
the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would
not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have
meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. I even looked

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). This hotel was well located within walking distance of Times Sqaure and also near to the main subway and bus routes which could take you around Manhattan and the rest of New York city. Facilities were just right when you consider that we only used the hotel for rest as we were constantly outside exploring the city.

We loved everything about this hotel. There was always a doorman to open
the door, and friendly staff at the desk to welcome us every time we
returned to the hotel. The elevators were fast. The room was very
comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. Loved the Keurig
coffeemaker, and the tv in the bathroom. Enjoyed the free breakfasts,

The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.

What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter.
