From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect.
We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff
was warm and welcoming. Our room on the 11 th floor was perfect. Just

The staff was friendly, prompt in service and accomodating. The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York. The room I stayed in was both functional and just the right size for a solo traveller or a couple.

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.
The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-(

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room.
Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on.
The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had.

The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! I
asked for a room on a high floor and we ended up with the most amazing
view which made our trip unforgettable. Even though the lobby and
restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole
was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all. I will recommend this
hotel to everyone who wants to stay at a great hotel with service minded

I am a designer and i loved the whole design of this hotel, everything was exceptional in its design and finish, far beyond the likes of any other hotel. The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). This was my second stay at The Bowery and I still love it. You really feel like you are in NY not the tourist version of NY that you see on TV (if that makes sense). The location of the hotel is perfect for my needs. If shopping is your thing, then you are within walking distance of Soho. There are loads of great bars and restaurants within wal

Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.

This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.
