Very helpful staff, spotless well maintained room, good location just off Madison Ave, one block from Grand Central. Lovely fresh breakfast - fruit, pastries, cereals, italian coffee machine, juices. Excellent cheese and wine buffet in the the evening. Tea/coffee available in lounge 24/7 - liked Everything. Excellent hotel

Staff were very helpful. Situation of hotel was excellent. ammenities excellent including free internet and wifi. - The breakfast more common in european hotels, allthough light gives a good start to the day.

Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one
bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have
ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The
suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom
and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! Bathroom

From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-)
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the wine and cheese receptions, and the availability of coffee, tea, cookies and fruit all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. - Very comfortable and clean. Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
