When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful, delicious cookies were left in your room every evening . Location was good if you want to be close to midtown attractions but is quite a hike down to downtown where I wanted to spend most of my time in NY, although it is a nice walk.

  The staff is very helpfull, friendly and professional, at the desk we were helped by Sergio. The Location is excellent, very nearby times square, Rooms are clean and good value for money.
