The hotel was luxurious, the rooms were wonderful. You are only a 5 minute walk away from the main strip and with the hotel not having casino facilities it also meant you could escape the hustle and bustle of Vegas. - room size, great staff

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I liked the Rodeway Inn Convention Center because the location was great! We only had to walk for 5 minutes to get to the Strip. We enjoyed the pool and the room was nice and newly painted. Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

The staff at this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced.
Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were
extremely impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. One day
during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly

The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed
in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small
problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no
fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you
offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly
expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am
recommending your website to all of my friends.

I loved how all the staff was very welcoming to us as soon as we
arrived, they were all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend
this hotel to others. The room I stayed in was nice a big, not what I

We stayed here on our wedding day and it was the best choice. We have
been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv
mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are
complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we
payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.
