I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. We liked the breakfast and the social with the two drinks and then the evening meal that was availab

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Very nice and large room (or room was one with the view toward National Monument & Pentagon)

Front desk staff is extremely helpful and courteous (+ free cookies during check in!)

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place. The front desk staff was very courteous and very informative about the hotel's amenities and services. I would stay there again.

The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted. He (the Chef-Aron- I believe) helpfully sent it to me. When I went downstairs for the breakfast he greeted me and told me that no one goes away hungery and his buffet was great. He is a class act. -

The location close to Reagan airport by the hotels free shuttle bus
is a big advantage, as is the metro within the complex. Also there is
the Crystal City shopping complex, very touristy but giving many food
and beverage options. The big bus open top departs from Pentagon City
Mall an easy 3 blocks walk away, with a good food court, restaurants

I was really impressed with your staff. When I arrived I needed water to take my meds and I was immediately given a bottle from the gift shop along with my sister who was traveling with me. I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy.
The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just
remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the
overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road

indoor shopping area of about the same size. -
It was so extremely close to dc and all of the major attractions, the
room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was
good and the staff all very helpful and friendly. The pool was small but
I loved that there was a lifeguard and being able to sit and relax and
not worry about my kids being in a huge pool by themselves.

Convenient to conference venue, quiet, good view, lots of restaurants
in a walkable / billable area. Loved having a bike share right
behind the hotel! Metro shuttle was great, airport shuttle, too. Staff

My husband and I were bumped from a flight at dca at 11:30 pm on June

Free shuttle from airport to/from hotel every 20 min. Free shuttle
from hotel to the Metro every 18 min. The Metro is a low price, clean
and safe subway/train service. Breakfast was free buffet- style that
was clean, hot and pleasing to eat(not gourmet style but plain). You
should have no complaints from kids who won't eat "green"
or "spicy" food.

Staff was professional and friendly, very accommodating. The one bedroom suite was great. The cleaning staff kept it very clean. We did not need their services on a daily basis but when we did, their service was excellent. Our stay was 7 days. The hotel is new and very well designed. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes providing access to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store was on the route. It was a wonderful week for us we will definitely stay there again.

front desk staff was wonderful- cheery, helpful, knowledgable- greeted us every morning as we came down for breakfast. rooms were clean- cleaners cheerful & smiling. breakfast was very good, good selection. breakfast workers were very efficient, responsive & helpful. elevators were fast. Amanda was indeed very lovely, accommodative friendly ever ready to answer your questions and provide solution as soon as possible. She is indeed a treasure and asset to the management and staff of the hotel. Please promote her and increase her pay for her selfless sacrificial service. The rest other staff were good too. The driver manding the shuttle bus was good and dynamic, patient and carefully drove very well. Encourage him too.

The rooms were spacious. The jim was adequately equipped. There was amc
theatre and Courthouse metro station just two minutes away. There was a
12 hours shuttle always available to take you to metro. 7 days breakfast
which was more than sufficient/ sitting area was spacious as well.
There was complimentary dinner on Mon/Tue/Wed I am glad I choose
this hotel for my stay, would definately go there next time as well.

WAW, what a hotel!
This hotel just made the other hotels (within the same category) worth nothing !
Very clean, very comfortable, excellant breakfast, very friendly staff, quite, spacious room, high quality cosmetics in the bathroom, easy access to the parking with a lot of spaces, reasonable price, hot drinks and delicious muffin are avalable 24/

Wonderful hotel. Great location next to Metro System. Have a wonderful free-breakfast every morning. They also have a wonderful dinner three nights a week for free. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again. Have a full kitchen/dishes. This was a nice surprise.
