The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. Nice, helpful staff at the front door. Would definitely stay at the Dream again - Absolutely loved the staff, they were very helpful and mindful. I alsoreally enjoyed the Ava lounge....WOW! That really made it a decidingfactor for me to make a next booking. The room was very nice and cleanand it did not feel like a hotel room at all, more like an apartment.The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was very friendly
