The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location. Nice, helpful staff at the front door. Would definitely stay at the Dream again - Absolutely loved the staff, they were very helpful and mindful. I alsoreally enjoyed the Ava lounge....WOW! That really made it a decidingfactor for me to make a next booking. The room was very nice and cleanand it did not feel like a hotel room at all, more like an apartment.The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was very friendly

  Great location, most Manhattan locations are reachable even by foot, safe area - Location, morning paper during weekdays, friendly staff, excellent services, big room, no charge for extra bed for a child, coffee maker in the room..., not operating swimming pool was compensated with American buffet breakfast during the whole stay
