  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying.   On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean.   From the moment we walked into the hotel lobby we felt very at home....there was a wonderful smell of fresh lillies and the check-in was very efficient and courteous. We had forgotten our padlock key to our suitcase but it wasn't a problem as one of the staff came up to our room with a pair or bolt cutters! I love the area in the room where you have Emeril Kerik coffee and the Kerik coffee maker. there is also a microwave, a small refrigerator, sink and utensils for morning coffee if you want to sleep late and not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms spotless where the magnifying mirror on the wall is
