I liked the fact that it's the oldest operating hotel in the country
& there is lots of history there. The design is elaborate & like
a palace. Location is great for Millenium Park, shopping, &
lakefront. The deal at letsbookhotel.com was really reasonable! It was the
same price as the single room at the hostel I normally stay at! I li

Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there. A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs

We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome!
They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to
be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a
really great time being in Chicago. Luxury at a very reasonable price! I

When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.

The location for shopping, business and sightseeing is excellent. The hotel has a hip, trendy vibe that feels like a welcome touch of Manhattan or Copenhagen. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very caring and helpful during your stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. - The view was great! We stayed on a corner room on the 8th floor.
