Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50
rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and
fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. It is about a 5
minute walk from wall street subway station and 5 to 10 minutes from the
south street seaport and the Staten island ferry (a great free way to

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park. The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of good restaurants serving nice meals at interesting prices (Stella Maris, Il brigante, MarkJoseph steakhouse, Suteishi,...). During our stay we had a quiet room on the 5th floor. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would come back at any time and will definetely recommand the hotel

This is a lovely hotel. The location is great (within steps of subway), the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. - whenever i needed assistance on great food, where to shop, how to ride the subway the staff especially Julie were so helpful, took the time to show on maps, wrote directions to locations and recommen

This was a simple hotel but given that it's more or less the cheapest you can expect to pay for something decent in Manhattan, it's great value for money. And staff are nice, rooms are perfectly fine for a short stay, the internet connection was really good, and the East Village location was great for what we wanted. -
