  I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. The entire staff was sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and seemed to only know how to say "Yes, of course we can". The room was outstanding, clean, light, comfortable with a beau... τι λέει ο κόσμος » tiful view. I will recommend staying there to all of my friends and family and I look forward to staying there again in the future. - location was good but if you go two blocks over it gets a little rough. wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine? staff was very nice and value for big city hotel in decent location on a BUSY wknd was excellent.

  This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.
