  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   The location was absolutely perfect. Right off the highway but far enough away to not here traffic. Easy to get back on highway as well. Five minute walk to downtown. - Location to event (XL Center) was perfect. Staff was exceptional.
