This place was great. I would highly recommend it. So many times when
you book a room and then get there, the rooms look nothing like the
photos on the website. These photos are very accurate. The room was very
clean, comfortable and beautiful.
The staff was amazing, and very friendly. My husband and I got sick and we needed to stay an extra day.

Most comfort stay I have ever had in the U.S. We originally booked for one night, but after checked in, we immediately felt in love with this nice hotel and decided to extend to another night. Nick at the front desk was very professional and went beyond his duty to help us planning our second day of visit in Buffalo. All staff were friendly and courteous.
We especially love the design and beautiful kitchen. We will definitely be back next summer or whenever in Buffalo. I highly recommend this

Loved the attention to detail and comfort! The art deco feeling reno has created a totally cool and modern vibe, and succeeds in playing up and preserving many of the beautiful historic details. Surprises like the fireplace and coffee table books in our room made for a lovely weekend escape! -

Adam's Mark is perfectly situated for our needs. Close to Irish Times for wings and First Niagara Center for a hockey game. This is the second year my son and I celebrate his birthday by staying @ Adam's Mark, going for wings and a hockey game. We even got a free upgrade from the friendly lady at reception! The staff were all very friendly. Even the cleaning staff smiled and said good morning to us as we were leaving and walking down the hall. The room was super clean. The price was great also for everything that the room offered. I also enjoyed my view as I could look out and see First Niagara Center where I went to attend Geroge Strait's concert.

It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. -

Staff let us check in earlier than 3:00 because we mentioned we were
travelling w/ parents in their 80s. Staff were very friendly and
courteous. Check in and check out was quick. Room was neat and clean.
Smoke free was a bonus. Liked the option of front desk having DVDs for

We needed to be at the train station at 4 am and it was going to be a mile walk with luggage. 4 members of group were elderly and 3 were kids. One of the employees gave us a lift in the hotel van. We were 9 so it took him two trips. We appreciate the help. We liked the cookies, water bottles, and Fridays restaurant downstairs. The rest of that part of Buffalo seemed dead on a Sunday evening so it was good to have a place to eat right there.

This Hampton Inn was the 2nd nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in many. The first being the new Hampton Inn in Charlotte , NC. It was clean, new, spacious and the staff warm and friendly, and eager to serve. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms new and clean. It was very convenient to where I was visiting and I enjoyed

The room was very big. The key entry everywhere made me feel secure. The pools handicap chairs made me feel like you care about all your guest and their needs. I liked the facilities on the second floor, everything was accessible.

This is such a gem in the downtown area. If you want to feel special this is the place to visit. Everything from the welcome at our vehicle, to the happy hour in the parlour, to the limo service to our fine dining restaurant (as suggested and reserved by the staff), to the beautiful complimentary breakfast was superb! -
