The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly in every experience I had with them. The location is fantastic - in the middle of the flower district, safe and walking distance to everything my group needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay there.

They have a really cute downstairs lounge called the Living -
The location was perfect for what we were there for. It was so easy to get anywhere from our hotel location. It was right next to the subway station, making it simple to go uptown to downtown and anywhere in between. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We also loved the atmosphere!! The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).

What a FAB hotel
From the moment we checked in until we departed we were treated like gold. I got this room at an excellent price yet the staff and our concierge went above and beyond their duties with little extras like cupcakes and bubbly for my boyfriends 30 th which we spent in NYC.
