Breakfast was really good with great selection and a regular shuttle bus was great to get to the airport. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and modern! Clean, efficient, well-priced (through letsbookhotel.com, which gave me a huge
discount over what they quoted me over the phone!) and seemed really in
tune with business travelers and how to best serve them. Very convenient
to the airport as well.

The staff at the Terrace Cafe were so nice and friendly. We only ate dessert but it was wonderful! Plus I liked the feel of the hotel and the cafe. The shuttle service to the hotel was so convenient. Everything was perfect. My family and I loved the breakfast buffet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. - Only stayed less than 24 hrs, but all staff was very cooperative and I would stay there again.

the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!

The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to
sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or
other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area.
Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which
takes you to downtown sf in an hour. -

Our room was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel and ordered dinner salads, which were missing 1 ingredient. The restaurant manager not only promptly brought the missing ingredient, but brought me a complimentary dessert. Convenient location for city trip and Frisco airport. Offers free
shuttle to airport and bart station which is attached to a mall. Has a
variety of good restaurants at walking distance, among which the Italian

Very comfortable. Nicely appointed decor. Nice in-room touches, like
microwave, fridge and safe. Variety on continental breakfast. Friendly
staff willing to share helpful navigation information. We were favorably
