My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the wine and cheese receptions, and the availability of coffee, tea, cookies and fruit all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. - Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful, they know the city like the back of there hand. If you want to do anything just as the staff. No bellboy which is brilliant for first time travellers to the states, no awkward moment when your not sure what to tip. Wifi in every room so when travellers that come from far away wake early in the morning because your time clock is all screwed up, you can go on the Internet and check out things to do in New York. The hotel is located in between 5th and 6th avenue on 51st st

Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner.
The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

subway station or 10 minutes walk to grand central/42nd st station.
This is also a block away from the 5th Ave. From 5th Ave you can walk
for 10 minutes and you'll get to Central Park. St Patrick's

very friendly and courteous staff, rooms very clean. Needed to replace our blowdryer at 10:00 p.m., staff was there within 10 minutes with a new one. Staff was always available and very visible in lobby to greet you as you came in and went out. Conceirge was wonderful. Great stay, great hotel. - very nice and clean! The elevators were excellent---
