From the moment the door of the cab was opened,our experience in Jurys was excellent,and the staff are a credit to everyone,and will only stay at Jurys on our return trips. - I like everything during my stay, the location is very convenient, your rooms are really comfortable and clean and the hotel staff is very friendly.

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! The Copley Square Hotel is exactly worth the price....a beautiful, cozy, private and great place to stay in Boston.The top floor room, the Xhale restaurant, staff, location--great for shopping, museum, grocery store--who doesn't like to buy their personal snacks, even though the hotel does offer, for a price, night time snacks--tours trolley nearb

The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

The hotel is in a great location. It must be amazing to have a room with a view of the park. Sadly, I wasn't that lucky.
The room itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the matress a little worn. I kept sliding to the edge of the bed. The plaid on the bed had holes in it.

We loved everything. The Taj was perfect for our stay. The staff was
very helpful as well as friendly. Before we arrived we had questions
about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino,
reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in
answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at
night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you
could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room,
612, was awesome.

Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.
