The location is excellent! I visited for an event at the Moscone centreand the location couldn't have been more ideal. The exhibition centrewas just a short walk away, all the shops were close too, aswell asChina Town and the Northern Quarter! The hotel is also right on the tramroute. I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. My work takes me to many destinations and i have stayed at many different types of hotels but never have i received the type of great service as I did at this

Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

Enjoy all that San Francisco has to offer within walking distance - The hotel is located centrally to any area you would want to visit. Petfriendly is a big plus.

The decor, location were exceptional and even though the renovations weren't complete it didn't detract from our stay. The happy hour at reception was a great idea. The location was the best. Also, having the Daily Grill restaurant right next door was very convenient. - The hotel has exceptional location! The breakfast was among the best I've had in San Francisco.

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very central, so perfect for visiting SF. you can go almost anywhere walking from the hotel. The bed was comfy, everything was clean so.. all ok.

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. The stafff were proffessional and helpful. A remarkable place to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we
knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were
able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return
again. We normally stay around the corner but after such a lovely stay
at The Sir Frances Drake, we would definiltey stay there again.

Beefeater and staff friendly
Pizza and wine tasting hour great, met interesting travellers at the hotel. Bed very comfortable.
Fab. location for exploring city, and shopping/eating.

1) η θεση του ξενοδοχειου. 2) το δωματιο. (θέα, μεγάλος χώρος, άνεση) - Clean. Location. A mix up with our reservation: we'd booked 2 rooms, but they only had one reserved. They do overbook and hotel was full. I produced my Bookings.com paper-work and it was sorted. A bit unnerving tho' - glad we arrived at 4 p.m. and not at 11 p.m. The receptionis

Sorted everything and comped us breakfast for the duration of our stay to make up for the mix up. - We only had a short stay - stopover of 2 days as we were on route to Canada. Close proximity to Union Square / Cable Car and city shopping and ofcourse the easy access from SFO Airport via the BART. $10 return trip each was a steel.
Hotel staff excellent.
Room was perfect - high floor with views and the bestest 2 x Queens - very very comfortable

A very nice place perfectly located in the center of S.Francisco. Transportation is very convinient, including Airport transfer - just 10 min from BART (local Subway) Powell station, directly connecting location with SFO (35 min to Terminal 3). I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. location was good but if you go two blocks over it gets a little rough.
wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine?

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -
