  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.   I liked the views of the lake...they were exquisite. The room was large and comfortable including a minibar and a little kitchenette (sink only). The closet was spacious and the shower head had good pressure. The whole bathroom was really nice. Also, I like the fact that as a guest I have full access to the exercise and locker room facilities.
