I have been staying here at papakea everytime I come to maui for the last 25 years. I love the property and the staff is always nice and helpful. I always feel like I gat my value for my money. -

This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is built upon traditional Hawaiian values

a cultural enrichment and community give-back program that encourages
its employees to honor their Hawaiian culture and to participate in
community ventures. I was particularly impressed with the children's
passport activity in which each child is issued a passport with their
Hawaiian name. My daughter loved going to the various places, telling

An amazing stuff. The owner was very nice and her hotel is amazing. It
is bed & breakfast in the Lahaina, 2min walk from the beach. Each
room is very cozy, has everything necessary and is very nicely designed.
We also had an amazing day trip to Hana, organized by the hotel. It was
much cheaper than offered by the major tour agencies but very g

Ideal location, on seafront and a short stroll into Lahaina town.
Great facilities, including fully equipped kitchenette (which saves on eating out expenses, not to mention keeping that afternoon lanai beer chilled).

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Its location to Whalers Village and the beach are perfect. Our view of the ocean and the golf course were great and we had a five minute walk to the beach cabana where they had beach back rests and towels free to use for the hotel guests. We stayed in two different rooms on two different nights. The first room
was the cheap basic room. That one was tiny but had all the amenities we
needed. The second room was the private studio downstairs and was
amazing with a kitchen, living room, and great amenities. I believe the
price difference isn't too great between the rooms so I def would
suggest the studio if you plan on being in your room a lot. The location
was great- right down the street from the beach. Shopping was close by.

It was nice, and quiet . the location was great . it is right on front street close to everything. we eat over at the cheese burger paradise twice once for lunch and then for breakfast. because it is that close .the balcony where nice to sit on. we had an ocean view . we could see the ocean and cheese burger paradise from our balcony. i liked that

We love to stay in old,historic hotels. We do not expect the rooms to be luxurios. This hotel is in the middle of busy Lahaina Front Street. It is close to great food and shopping. It is OLD, a litle musty, a little rustic, but to us, beautiful. It's like time-travel. We would stay there again.

Jim Music was very accommodating in getting us a room earlier than check-in. We were very fortunate that we stayed longer the next day since the room wasn't booked. We were able to eat supper and take a shower before our late flight. The staff was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our stay. - I like everything!!! Kahana Beach is most time
