The hotel was close to everything. The beach is 1/2 a mile away. Another direction you have an outlet mall and stores such as Walmart. Then another direction are resurants and Von's. The decor was nothing out of the ordinary. We will be staying there whenever we travel to the coast. -

I liked how close it was to the beach and downtown pismo. I liked the family suite and the beds, fridge, and microwave. It is a cheap place to get the close beach walk. The service was great! The owners are helpful, bring things immediately and they seemed very accomodating. The bathroom looked very clean and updated with a new granite counter and

Staff didn't pressure us on checkout time. Let us take our time to leave the next morning, which was much appreciated. And the manager also let me pay partial cash and credit both together. Besides that, it's a fairly low key spot. As a local I enjoyed my stay and hope to go back again soon.

I like the room, it had clean bedspreads, sheets, pillows and pillow
cases. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The carpeted
floors were clean absent of residue. The bathroom was clean with plenty

The couple running the inn were very nice and accommodating. They gave
us a great reccomendation for a Mexican restaurant. The amily suite was
perfect for our needs and it was close to the beach. It is a perfect
little beach inn.
