From the moment we checked in the staff was welcoming, which was so consistant with everyone on the staff that we encountered throught out stay. -

For a motor inn, this place is dazzling! Talk about a good value - for
$129 on a Saturday night, we got a corner suite overlooking the pool.
The suite was very large - I'm guessing about 600 sq ft - and the
balcony (on a corner with pool view) was about 65 sq ft. There was also
a wet bar with microwave & fridge. We chose this location in order

We were so pleasantly surprised! The grounds were just beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very cordial and accommodating and breakfast was good...especially for the price, although didn't have eggs which is always nice, but not necessary. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff was very helpful. They offered to turn the waterfall into the hot tub on ealry and let us stay in the pool after it closed. They also welcomed us to eat the continental breakfast early so we could get an early start to our day. We were given maps of the area and great recomendations on where to eat. Breakfast was good. Awsome deal f

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of items to choose from. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The Pool area was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is priced just right, and I felt like I got my moneys worth.

Ocean Palms is the best kept secret in Pismo Beach! We loved everything about it!
The management was friendly, the rooms have been updated and are comfortable, immaculate, nicely decorated with all new furniture and a great mini fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Pool is heated and well kept.

We stayed one night in this motel during our vacaction in California.
Pismo Beach is great and so is the motel. The location is very close to
downtown and about five minutes from the beach (on foot). The
neighborhood and the surrounding streets are quit, at least at night
when they should be...There is a little swimming pool, however you
better go to the fabulous beach. The rooms are clean and everything in
good condition, the equipment is fair if you do not plan to stay for a

The room was well cleaned, no stink, it was likeing walking in to a brand new room. Stair way was clean and didnt smell like smoke, roomy showers and bathroom, FREE ICE, GREAT FOR US WE BRING ARE DRINKS AND SNACK SO WE STAY ON BUDGET, SO NOT PAYING FOR ICE WHILE THERE SAVED US MONEY, it was also as I remembered as a child, staying here every oth

The staff was helpful and provided us acces to their microwave. The handicap rooms did not have the small refrigerator / microwave combo. So when you make a RSVP ask for a room with the frig/ microwave combo. That was the only downfall but the staff helped us out which made up for it. Found a new hotel that is also pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! Doesn't look like anything to special from the outside, with the exeption of the view, but once we stepped inside our room we were in love with our room and view of the pier. 1) Amazing view! Sits on a cliff overlooking the coastline
2) Gazebo area is an amazing area for pictures and to take in the views of the pier on the left and the rocky cliffs on the right
3) Staff was very friendly, I was not happy with the partial ocean view room so after a few room changes we settled in with a very nice view
4) Continental breakfast is actually a decent breakfast - bread eggs pancakes juices coffee danish etc.
5) Great place to go with family or as a couple.

Perfect location - on the beach and just about as close as you're going to get to the Pier and the main downtown spots. Great having designated parking and the ability to walk to all the restaurants/bars/shops.
Also a nice perk was them having local beer and wine available at the front desk for reasonable (not hotel inflated) rates and complement

great room with comfy bed and balcony overlooking the beach and boardwalk so lots to see.
was able to turn off the a/c and have the door open on the balcony so had the ocean lull us to sleep. Good complimentary breakfast with quite a bit of choice which surprised us as we thought it would only be coffee and pastries.

Great place! During our 3-week trip we had mostly stayed in very budget-friendly places, so this spacious appartment was a really nice treat. The location was great - just minutes from the beach, in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. First kitchen where we actually had dishes and pots and pans to cook with. Would have wanted to stay there longer. -

It has a full kitchen, living room, and we slept very well on the king bed. It is very clean. Totally loved it. Would highly recommend.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was immaculate. The location is perfect - right on the beach and easy walking distance to downtown, etc. Great swimming pool and hot tub which my kids enjoyed immensely after a long day in the car and a week of camping in tents. Our trip to Pismo was wonderful! The Edgewater Hotel was perfect for the
kind of weekend we were going for. Kid/Family friendly and walking
distance to the beach/downtown area. The staff was extremely
friendly and helpful. We were allowed to look at larger rooms/suites
and made reservations for a future trip this summer. The prices are
extremely affordable.
