  I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door. We also loved the pillows which were the best ones we've ever found in a hotel. The staff were very courteous and prompt to replace a weal battery in our smokd alarm. The view of the mountains from the balcony was nice. Would be great when leaves are changing. The continental breakfast was additional savings and was quite nice.

  Staff was above & beyond! Great value! Was nervous about cleanliness based on prior reviews. However, everything about not only our room, but hotel grounds; was properly maintained & clean. Quiet off the Parkway, yet close enough to comfortably walk to it & back f - I found it to be a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes.
