  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door. We also loved the pillows which were the best ones we've ever found in a hotel. The staff were very courteous and prompt to replace a weal battery in our smokd alarm.   Staff was above & beyond! Great value! Was nervous about cleanliness based on prior reviews. However, everything about not only our room, but hotel grounds; was properly maintained & clean. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes.   The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing!   It is an older establishment with new owners who are remodeling themselves. They can not do enough for you. Room was very clean, quiet location. we were seniors with our adult children and 2 grand girls. Will stay again. We understand they are doing bigger suites. Hot and cold breakfast included was a bonus. Microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus. Grilling area out by the creek is nice. Would stay there again when we could stay longer as we were only there for one night. AC in the room worked great!

  We loved the balcony that overlooked the river. The sound of the water was so relaxing. The location was perfect. Our reason for the trip was a visit to the Ripley's Aquarium and Rocky Waters is within walking distance. - The hotel had a great location.   Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clean. We loved the location, we could leave the car parked and walk.
