and excellent service for tourists. A 20 minute walk to Navy Pier and

The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,
friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to an

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.

We are a Family Of 4 and enjoyed the city location. We live in
Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel
frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a
vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the
Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd
Aquarium. But to the Science Museum we (adults) felt the kids-pressure
and took a taxi. A 15 min drive. Don't miss a Segway tour (13 and
above) and the Sky-walk-glas-

Location-it was really close to all of the shops and there was a bus stop right out front, making transportation elsewhere extremely easy. The staff was extremely helpful. - The staff was extremely accomodating and the hotel is in a great location.

Excellent location next to a great park and within 5 mins walk of Lake Michigan. Transport into city super easy from right outside the hotel or you can walk into the city within half hour.
Design of the hotel funky & individual - loved the staff 'uniforms' with the bow ties etc.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Excellent customer service from the staff. Roof top bar/restaurant has amazing views. The hotel has a very cool retro feel and the decor is great. The restaurant was good - pricey, but you can grab a bite at the bar. The bartendar provided excellent service.

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. I loved that the room was nicely sized for our family of 4. There was
plenty of room for us to spread out in the room so we didn't feel
like we were right on top of each other. The bathroom was huge, with his

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are
immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the
intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well
spoken. The food from the hotels' restaurant Hoytes was finger
lickin good! The location is the best, easy walk to Mag mile, millennium
park and even to the field museum and aquarium. And great places to eat

Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks.
Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.
