Convienent location and price - Its location is excellent. The friendliness of the staff, particulary the bell captain and his staff etc. was excellent. If you are sightseeing its the place to be located.

The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks! -

I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.

The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, was excellent. - The stafff was very friendly and helpful. Eventhough they were very busy most of the time, they took time to answer questions and give directions. Very attentive to my needs.

I liked the views of the lake...they were exquisite. The room was large and comfortable including a minibar and a little kitchenette (sink only). Good location and great view (you can actually see the lake) for $129 a single night made it a bang for buck. The rooms are on the top floor (40th) while the lover levels are offices of different banks. Just thinking about taking a shower above a corner room makes you smile:)

convenience to our daughter! - European style boutique hotel. Reasonable price and friendly staff. Free continental breakfast and coffee/tea/snacks throughout day in lobby area. Great location for Lakeview/Lincoln Park area. Would stay there again definitely but wonder about a/c in summer.

The breakfast was the best! We particularly liked that hot chocolate,coffee, and fruit was available at all times. The lobby was a nice place to relax. All the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. -

The staff was extremely kind when our taxi didn't show up to take us
to Union Station. So we missed the train. A staff member stood in the
rain with us while we tried to get another cab. We couldn't get a
cab, but they let us continue to use our room for the day. This out-
weighs any of the negative comments we wrote. They were awesome! -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the helpful front desk staff as well as the room cleaners. Anna and Barbara did an excellent job of cleaning and restocking my room 317 when I stayed there earlier this week. They both deserve raises.
I also liked the guest use of the lobby computer as well as the continental breakfast.

The location was very close (in Chicago terms) to the festival I attended. Also, I liked their breakfast and relatively small size for a Marriott. Everything operated properly. -
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was not too far from everything for the price. Had a great time and the hotel was awesome.

From the first moment we entered the staff was friendly and helpfull. The location is exellent, 8min walk to the L. Clark street which is full of pubs and restaurans just 2min. 2 cinema's are in walking distance. The hostel is great, whether if you're in a dorm or private room. We were in a half/half. At check-in the staff was extremely helpful and, when no parking spots were available, they showed where to find free parking and then another ramp to park as well. The events hosted by the hostel were outstanding as well, the pub crawl, evening grill out, and the Hawks parade viewing of course. Overall, this hostel is straightforward and simple, no tricks, in a fun and happening Lincoln Park neighborhood, and I know this is my new go to place to stay when I return to Chicago for future trips.

I saved a ton of money. - this hotel has meeting room, kitchen, dining room and also there are activities room that we can meet other traveller, especially international studen who live in there.

I appreciated the lovely living room with free access to internet and hot beverages!! I also liked the cold filtered water!! Very comfortable beds and excellent location/easy and chep access to airport. - clean, convenient, courteous, reasonably priced, professional, would recommend to anyone travelling to chicago for any time.

The location was great, right on the river. The rooms were very clean and confortable and I enjoyed returning to a clean room everytime I got back to the hotel. I especially like the elevator security, one has to swipe your room key inorder to go to a hotel floor. They did not have this at the super expensive "Trump Towers" across the street. - You
