Everything was fantastic warm and comfy ,the christmas activity and the thanksgiving dinner was wonderful the staff made us feel at home we were pleasantly surprised how being at the shore in the winter could be so much fun ,thank you so much for the best thanksgiving we have had in a long time bravo to your staff -

Our room was beautiful, looked brand new, clean, comfortable, the temperature was easy to adjust and very quiet in every respect. I LOVED the kitchen! We missed one meal at our relatives house so we grabbed some instant container meals and made them in the microwave, we kept our sodas cold in the fridge and liked that we had silverware. NIce to

The front-desk staff was exceptionally friendly and informative at both check-in and check-out. The maintenance staff contacted me to move my car because they were power-washing the lot. When I came out to do so, a crew member explained they were concerned that debris dislodged by the spray might damage my car's finish. What might have been an inconvenience turned into a positive experience based on his sincerity.

I enjoyed all they had to offer. Upon arrival (1:30pm) our room was not ready (check in was at 4pm but may be ready at 2pm). The receptionist was very friendly and gave us an envelope with two beach passes, and tickets for two lounge chairs. The hotel rooms were newly renovated, beautiful and very clean. The
staff was extremely accommodating, especially since we thought we had
double beds in the two rooms we book, but found that we had 1 queen bed
in each room which was not going to accommodate 4 ladies. They
scrambled to find us what we asked for and gave us 2 rooms which worked
great. It was also nice to start our day with that continental
breakfast in the morning.

We loved the lay out of the hotel and the fact that everything was easy
to get to. The staff was extremely accomodating to whatever we needed.
The restaurant Hemmingways was also a great place to eat and offered
breakfast and dinner deals. Haley our waitress and Luke our greater at
the door were an extra special touch. Haley went out of her way to

Everything was great, our oceanview room was ready early as requested, outdoor pool was sparkling clean and just the right temperature on a mild day. Poolside service was excellent and the very reasonable lunch was just the ticket. Beach across the street was a pleasure to walk along as was the very welcoming center of town at the beach a short stroll from the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed was perfect at end of day. Definitely will return, thanks Grand!

Location was close to shops & restaurants; oceanfront balcony was priceless! Complimentary breakfast that was included with reservation was delicious - and very plentiful. The place was incredibly clean, which by the way, is usually EXTREMELY hard to find at the Jersey Shore!! -
