We really like they accomodated getting us on their shuttle van to the Cross Center for the Hank Concert. My fiance tried purchasing movies in rm 105, and for some reason it would not allow us to, so in order to make up for it, they gave us breakfast vouchers. I was very impressed; great value for my money. Clean and well
maintained. The only negative is that the restaurant closed at 9 pm and
room service closed at 10 pm. We were at an area event and didn't
get back until 11 pm. Only food available was snack machine.

Very nice clean room with friendly staff. I questioned my bill because I
had tried to get a Senior discount rate when I checked in but was told
that since I had booked through a 3rd party, I.E. Bookings.com, they
could not change the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and
went out of their way to explain this to me and then compensated

The room was clean & comfortable. especially liked the fridge & microwave so that I could make tea - the coffee makers always taint the water ! The free wifi was great and the staff were friendly and efficient

We were given a promotional invitation of $49 dollars for one night
stay. When we got there we found out that it was not honored because
we had booked our stay through letsbookhotel.com, we were not aware that it
wasn't the casino's website or that we were going to have to
pay full price to stay, $199. We drove two hours to get there and

The staff was awesome. The facility is gorgeous and promotes a relaxed
atmosphere. We left our Sting concert tickets on our dining table, and
the waitress and manager brought them to the hotel entry to find us and
give them back! Amazing!
