My partner and I were in New York to get Married. The staff could not have been more helpfull than they were. I liked the fact that if I asked a member of staff a question and they did not deal with that department they would find someone that did and get right back to us .All the staff were happy and smilling most of thie time. Just a 15 minute train ride from New York Penn Station this hotel has a covered walkway to Newark Penn Station. Room prices are lower than Manhattan rates without service being compromised. Small and intimate restaurant is staffed by friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable was similar to other Hilton's. We would certainly make this hotel a base for future New York visits.

I visited family, and there
was not enough space at
their home to accommodate
everyone, so this was a
perfect solution for me.
The breakfast available was
very good. -

The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent -
I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City

The hotel was remarkably clean, the shower was strong, the bed was good, the personell friendly. And those happen to be the most important attributes ;)
The 'cabine' was bigger than we expected. There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open. This is necessary as there was no cabinet to put your clothes etc.

Loved the hotel. Beds very comfortable and super idea that they move in or out to give more room. Room had everything we needed. I was there with my 23 year old daughter for a mother and daughter break and we found the hotel perfect for what we wanted. Clean, comfortable and close enough to everywhere. We even walked as far as the plaza. The hotel car taking us back to the airport was great and more comfortable and we felt much safer with the driver than our journey from airport to hotel by yel

This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views.
Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!

We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.
