  The whole experience, the staff where very warm, welcoming and helpfull. - Staff were very friendly and very helpful.In a great area very accessible to the rest of new york but quieter in the evenings.Some excellent bars and restaurants in the area.

  The room was clean and comfortable although the outlook from the window was onto an unspectacular building! However the room was quiet and relatively peaceful after the noise of New York city! The hotel was in a great location for subway, jazz venues, small restaurants and eclectic shops. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We loved the ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » roof terrace and had a lovely cocktail while enjoying the fabulous views out over the city. - A very nice hotel, extremly nice staff (among the best I met). A calm and attractive place to stay and rest after a hot New York/ Manhattan day. Nice bar and a very good restaurant in house. Always fresh water and some nice snacks every night in the room. Stayed 8 nights and will gladly come back. A summer stay when the out door terrrace is open.

  Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-( The rooms were immaculate a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nd cleaned and tidyed everyday which a turn down service which was nice after a busy day. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.
