The room was spacious ( 3rd level handicap accessible rooms) with a
patio. Room 355 and 353. We were next to the pool and gym. The room had
rain forest shower heads and very comfortable beds. You can order a
complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with
opening an inner door in the rooms. Diverse with a lot of travelers. -

Close to the airport, complimentary shuttle to pick up and drop off. Large comfortable bed in a large room. Quiet and relaxing stay. Pool area pleasant, staff able to provide advice on what to do in 1 day, taxi right on the door step. Great stay

marina del rey is perfectly located. my room had a beautiful view on to the harbour. the all staff were lovely and helpful. this hotel is a real gem. ok so it needs a refurb, and there is a bit of noise from the other floors but this is more than made up for with the plus points of which there are many.

We wanted a hotel close to the Getty Museums and Santa Monica. We were nervous about the people density of L.A. and, being walkers, had heard poor reports of the lack of pedestrian-friendly paths and even sidewalks. The hotel location was perfect. The rooms are charming, but the garden is an oasis amoung all the concrete and beach. So relaxing to sit outside and read, or just have a drink and chat. beautiful beach. Lovely garden for relaxing. Home baked afternoon tea
each day. An oasis from the busyness if fun Venice beach. Found a superb

The staff was amazing! There was not a single person we dealt with that

Myself and my daughter found this hotel to be very friendly and personable. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms are comfortable with very good facilities, a good size, modern and very clean.
We were very happy here and would recommend this hotel to others and we would love to return. -

Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind
Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

My husband and I had a wonderful kid-free vacation in West Hollywood

It was a spacious & comfortable contemporary suite tucked away off Sunset Blvd. Close to all the action, but tucked away in a residential type area. Very quiet. Excellent gym for a hotel. Very cool decor.
