The hotel was gorgeous! For the value I was very impressed. I was also
very grateful to the staff who helped me when I realized we wouldn't
be getting in until very early in the morning. She was so wonderful. -

the shuttle service was quick and friendly. we have an infant and so ordered room service, it was fast and excellent food. - The parking situation was the best value we ever have had when flying out of LAX.

It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our
two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire
depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the
car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5
or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. Make sure you take your

initial entry ticket to check-in and they will change it so you can go
in and out of the car park as many times as you like with out being
charged ex -
Convenient to airport with free shuttle, attractive lobby area with
comfortable seating (which was nice since I arrived very early and had
to wait to check in) very friendly and helpful personnel - bell desk,
front desk, room service, information. The room was clean and
comfortable. I would certainly recommend your hotel to others.

Excellent location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and farmers market at nearby Third Street Promenade, as well as the Santa Monice Pier amusement park and beach boardwalk (with bike rentals nearby). Very welcoming, and active, with a great design and great access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance to the most popular locations. The concierge are knowledgeable and can help you a lot to find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I loved the room it was clean and the view was really beautiful. The deck was great and I also appreciated the refrigerator and coffee machine. Television also very nice and the bathrooms were always kept immaculately. All of the people in housekeeping and maintenance were really very kind and responsive. Also the restaurant was very nice. -

Staying at shangri la is probably the best so far. The necessities are well handled and customer service is just brilliant. Like any other shangri la around the world, this branch also offers the same quality. Obviously there are many variations on the layout, service and sizes. But that didn't bother us. Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and
safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily
accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa
Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also
convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking
distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very
quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.
