Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. Thehotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, thestaff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at thererestaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modernand clean. If we were to visit ny again there would be no other choicebut

This is my second time staying there and I will definitely go there again. This Hotel is so convenient to everything around Times Square and that's where I wanted to be. The Staff was so helpful and the rooms so chic for the small space. I really enjoyed my stay as you can tell.

EVERYTHING! Best hotel I have stayed in for a long, long time. Everything was very clean. The room we had was perfect for our family with a small kitchenette...nice and roomy. Every thing was perfect , I have liked the staff attitude and kindness, they were very helpful and appreciative of the fact that we were Muslims and don' t eat ham so they served my family the required food during breakfast without pork( which they coud have apologized for not providing) also my wife lost her credit card and they helped us contact

I went to nyc for a weekend just to visit art museums, I chose Hampton
Inn as it is walking distance to MoMa. Thanks to Sandra's advice,
clear instructions and map, I easily found my way to 5 other museums.
Sandra also gave me a tooth brush and sewing ket (I lost a button and
forgot my toothbrush). Loved the big bowl of apples at the front desk,
and although coffee in rooms I loved the 24 hour coffee station (as
traveling solo so it was nice place to have a chat with others), loved
the breakfas

I really liked the room. the king size bed was really comfortable. The hallway and stairway by my room was being recarpeted so it was a bit of an eye soar, but seeing the new carpet down, it was great. There was more padding down so it didnt feel like you were walking on a bare floor. -

Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour
starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in
the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping,
reception & concierge) were extremely friendly and efficient, the

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms.
The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows.

The room was better than expected. I have stayed at hotels in Manhattan which were costly and the rooms were very small. The one bedroom suite was large enough for 4 persons.
