  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned.   There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   Our daughter is at Springfield College and we have been looking for a hotel that is close and nice ! We found it in this hotel . It has been totally remodeled . Rooms are very nice, pool and lobby very nice . Breakfast was not included in price but was very good. Hopefully it stays this nice for the next 4 years of her college stay .
