I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . I don't think I will ever change my hotel in Dubai because of the location , the hotel standard , the staff , the room and the room rate , I can't belive I got suite with only 400 dh ,,, - I loved my two-day stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, the staff were very polite and friendly and the Saturday afternoon cocktail / lunch / massage special was awesome. Best roof top entertaining area I have been to. - It is very near to my company in Khalid Bin Alwaleed Rood

I felt at home here. The staff (front desk, service, front door, garagedoor, work out room - all) was always very nice and helpful. Hadabsolutely no problems - The staff is very responsive and the rooms are comfortable.

clean and bright atmosphere - The apartment was great, in an accesable area, easy to find by taxis etc. The staff were amazing and the standard was great i.e. the rooms were cleaned daily once we had gone out with clean towels etc.

Upgraded room it was a beautiful suite.The staff were most helpful andpolite.There was an excellent choice of resaurants. - Good location. Plenty of parking.

The hotel -
Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

Free underground car parking, breakfast and all taxes were included in apartment price. The kitchen were fully equipped and separated from the main living room (reducing smell when cooking food) - big apartment, clean, compared to other hotels the price is very good

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were always attentive to our requests. The hotel also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for a set price which were always good value. They also provided free shuttle services at set times. One day those times didn't suit our needs, so the receptionist organised us a private shuttle bus instead (30 DH

I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to the crew very helpful! i really recommend this hotel to everyone, i was suppose to check in at 2pm but i arrived at the hotel at 2am and they gave me the room earlier at 8am...then i can have a rest and shower, the crew are really polite and happy face..
